Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern purchases from satellitemount.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Seller

SatelliteMount Pro is a product line of Westberg Sheet Metal Pty Ltd, 82 Dougharty Road, Heidelberg West VIC 3081.

2. Prices & taxes

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders with a full refund if stock is unavailable or pricing error has occurred.

4. Warranty

Standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended lifetime warranty may be available for Premium/Elite tier — see product page. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for consequential loss including downtime of satellite connectivity.

6. Intellectual property

All images, copy, and designs on this site are the property of Westberg Sheet Metal Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Victoria.
