30-day change of mind

Not quite right? You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (shipping is not refunded). Email will@satellitemount.com.au with your order number to start a return.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your unit arrives damaged or doesn’t function as described, we’ll replace or refund it in full (including shipping) under the Australian Consumer Law. Send photos and we’ll sort it within 5 business days.

Manufacturer’s warranty

• Standard & LowPro: 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Elite: 2-year standard, with extended lifetime warranty available — see product page.

What’s not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic marks after install, misuse (e.g. overloading beyond stated ratings), unauthorised modifications, and damage caused by external factors (accidents, lightning, forcible removal).

How to make a claim

Email will@satellitemount.com.au with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
