30-day change of mind

Not quite right? You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (shipping is not refunded). Email will@satellitemount.com.au with your order number to start a return.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your unit arrives damaged or doesn’t function as described, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll assess the issue and provide the remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer’s warranty

• Standard & LowPro: 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Elite & Captain: 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic marks after install, misuse (e.g. overloading beyond stated ratings), unauthorised modifications, and damage caused by external factors (accidents, lightning, forcible removal).

How to make a claim

Email will@satellitemount.com.au with your order number, a photo of the issue and a short description. We’ll assess the claim and respond with next steps.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
