SatelliteMount Pro is a product line of Westberg Sheet Metal Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), trading from 82 Dougharty Road, Heidelberg West VIC 3081 (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and anything you tell us in an enquiry message. If you buy, our checkout partner (Shopify) processes payment and we receive order confirmation only — we do not store card details.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, answer enquiries, keep warranty records, and (only with your consent) send occasional product updates. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Shopify (checkout + order records), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics 4 (anonymised usage), Australia Post / selected couriers (shipping). All are contracted to handle your data securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing will@satellitemount.com.au. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated traffic analysis. You can opt out via your browser’s privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
